Shuswap Lake, Okanagan Lake, Kootenay Lake and Lake Koocanusa are the usual suspects and there are other jewels to be found around the province.

See big game like deer, moose, elk, mountain sheep, mountain goat, wolf, cougars and bear. Eagles, osprey, hawks,falcons and vultures our predatory birds.

Another opportunity to observe wildlife and birds is at our numerous Ducks Unlimited Canada Projects located across the province. Our site features some of the major projects that are easily accessible and offer diverse ecology including rare species in both the plant and animal worlds.
